Partners & Investors

From a physical prototype to a scalable product.

Safety Capsule already has a full-scale physical prototype, documented preliminary load testing and a defined modular product logic. This page is for manufacturers, engineers, testing centres, investors and commercial partners who see potential in a new category of protective furniture.

Current foundation

The project is already beyond the concept stage

There is a real product, video and testing material, a defined product family and registered authorship. The next steps can therefore be discussed in practical terms: engineering, manufacturing, funding, piloting or market entry.

01

Prototype

A full-scale structure has been built and is used to demonstrate the core principle.

02

Testing

A preliminary concentrated-load demonstration of approximately 5,000 kg has been documented on video.

03

Product family

Single, double and child configurations are defined around standard mattress sizes.

The concept is registered in Ukraine: copyright registration certificate No. 126427 dated 15 May 2024.

Production logic

Why the structure can be scaled

The underlying structural logic is intentionally simplified: a minimal number of standardised components, manual logistics, indoor assembly and no need to modify the building structure.

Minimal standardized parts

For the baseline single configuration, two repeatable component types are used: 8 vertical posts and 2 horizontal cover elements.

Designed for existing buildings

No drilling, anchoring or permanent modification of the building is required.

Manual logistics

Elements are intended to be handled by hand without cranes, lifts or specialist installation equipment.

Rapid assembly

The baseline concept targets approximately 10–15 minutes of assembly once the components are inside the room.

Industrial geometry

Repeatable flat components simplify serial manufacturing, storage, transport and quality control.

Scalability

From one apartment to a building or multiple facilities

The modular principle allows deployment to start with one unit, validate logistics and user experience, and then scale floor by floor, building by building or across a portfolio. This phased approach does not require a building-wide shutdown.

Commercial logic

Two parallel market channels

The primary route is direct household use. In parallel, the same product principle can scale through housing operators, hotels, specialised facilities and institutional procurement. This creates both B2C and B2B pathways without changing the core product logic.

Use cases

One principle — different environments

Residential

Primary segment: apartments and homes where protection is integrated into furniture used every day.

Hospitality & short-stay

A way to add localised in-room protection without stopping normal property operations.

Specialised facilities

Adaptations for care homes, assisted living, medical and other environments where evacuation may be difficult.

Temporary & modular housing

Demountable design and manual logistics support sites that need fast deployment or relocation.

Roles in the project

Where a partner or investor can create the most value

Engineering

Structural calculations, load cases, joints, materials and optimisation.

Testing

Controlled test methodology, laboratory capacity, standards and certification pathway.

Manufacturing

DFM, process planning, tooling, cost structure, pilot and serial production.

Investment

Funding engineering, testing, pilot production and market entry.

Franchise / licensing

Granting a partner contractual rights to manufacture and commercialise the product within an agreed territory and scope. By agreement, the author may continue contributing to product development and refinement.

Distribution / pilots

Pilot installations, sales channels, B2B access, showrooms, hospitality or institutional routes.

Preferred model

Franchise / territorial licence

A franchise or territorial licence may grant a partner an agreed scope of rights to manufacture and commercialise Safety Capsule within a defined territory, for an agreed term or, where appropriate, without a fixed term. The scope of rights, exclusivity, territory and other conditions are defined by contract. The partner may take responsibility for engineering adaptation, required testing and certification, manufacturing, marketing, sales and service. By separate agreement, the author may continue contributing to technical and design development and further refinement of the product.

Other cooperation models

Franchise is preferred, but not the only route

If another structure fits the partner better, the project can also consider contract manufacturing, manufacturing or regional licensing, strategic investment, joint venture, distribution, pilot deployment or a combined model.
